We are now constructing a new version of KomicMarket where following updates will be included; 1) peak tables that contains peak intensities, mass values and annotations can be downloaded as text files in the TogoMD format, and 2) metadata of the metabolome analyses are integrated to Metabolonote which is a specialized database for management of experimental metadata. This is a temporal web site that distributes metabolome data in the TogoMD files prior to the release of new KomicMarket, but has no user interfaces to browse the metabolite peaks in detail.
