Welcome to KOMICS!

KOMICS (Kazusa OMICS) database was developed and is being maintained for researchers whose great interests are in the systems biology and multi-omics analysis including metabolimics. KOMICS primarily accumulates "Annotations" for metabolite peaks detected by liquid chromatography-Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (LC-FT-ICR-MS). Currently metabolites detected in tomato fruits are available (Iijima et al., Plant J 2008, Online access ).
